This is the Cadillac of trailers. It is a 1997 Featherlite 53' enclosed trailer and is 102" wide. It has room to haul two vehicles and also has an office which includes a vending door. The bay is 37' long by 8' wide. There is 81" between the wheelwells. The bay area has fluorescent lights and 12 volt lights. It also has a SuperWinch X6 winch. The rear loading door is very easy to lower and put out the ramps and sports a loading angle of just under 5 degrees which is great for low ground clearance vehicles. The office space is 7'8" wide by 9'6" long to the attic. The office is carpeted and has cabinets, a shelf, storage in the attic, a vending door, and remote controls for the ONAN Marquis generator which runs great and is very quiet. The hours meter shows 1165 hours on the generator. There are 12 volt lights in the attic and the generator compartment. We also installed a 45 amp battery charger for the two batteries. The trailer has an Ausco hydraulic trailer brake unit. We just installed new trailer brake and seals and the trailer stops very well. Tires are 215/85R16 and are brand new. There is also a brand new spare. One hubcap center is dented. The landing gear is hydraulically powered and works great. There are three heating and A/C units roof mounted. There is a 20' by 8' awning. The outside is in beautiful condition and has been buffed and paste waxed. Lights have been changed to LED. This trailer is in outstanding condition and is ready to go to work or play. We tow this with a Chevrolet 3500 listed in another auction and it goes down the road great.
