Chevrolet Super Deluxe Coupe
We just
obtained this vehicle and now drive it to lunch everyday!
The previous owner made a 300 mile journey to Super Chevy
weekend last month. This car is a blast to drive! 6
cylinder, 3 speed, 6 volt, and 94,000 miles on it. It is an
older restoration done approximately 20 years ago. The
exterior is a straight lacquer job without clear and someone
not very knowledgeable grabbed a buffer and burned the paint
in a few places. The finish does have a nice shine to it.
There is some cracking of what may be bondo underneath the
taillights, where the antenna mounts, and at the bottom rear
of the right front fender. The fenders, doors, hood and
trunk look to be in great condition. There are some grind
marks inside the trunk lid at the rear edge. The inner
rockers are poor and need repaired or replaced. The floors
seem excellent. The chrome and stainless is in phenomenal
condition. The fender scallops are a bit wavy and not
fitting as they should. The vacuum shift has just been
recently rebuilt and shifts great. Tires are Lincoln Highway
6-16 and like new and run true. The interior of this car is
in amazing condition. Seats, carpet, headliner, and door
panels are simply wonderful. The dashboard is beautiful and
has working gauges, working clock, and a working factory
radio. Seat belts have been tastefully added. Glass is very
nice. The wood on the dash and around every window is
in near mint condition. When parking there is an oil leak
from the transmission. We have tried tried our best to
accurately describe this vehicle. Let the pictures do the
talking.
